Internet Sharing Connection Problems?

So I share the internet with my dads computer, and lately it hasn't been working. He called verizon, and they reset it and everything worked fine but not I don't know whats going on.

On my computer, it says limited or no connectivity.
But on his, which is the one I'm on, it works fine.. obviously.
What do I do?
He's not home so I have no idea, and I want to get fixed it ASAP.
I have also tried all the options the troubleshoot gave me.
