...affordable & don't require internet svcs? I'm switching from Optimum because I refuse to pay 45 bucks for regular services for a house phone.
Nothing fancy, just need it to recieve calls and make em occasionally.
However, when I search, I'm getting stuff like vonage and joi as well as other companies that require broadband yet, I'm trying to turn that off too.
I just want a regular phone. No bundles and no net.
Any suggestions are appreciated=)

you can call any where USA landlines phone or a cellphone for free until April 1, 2008.
you can even dial your own home phone using your computer
it's very nice.
