I have a netgear modem. Two computers and using cable internet and cable modem.?

Only one computer is getting internet.

Maybe in your setup for your router you need to allow more than one user?? Usually though, they default is set to 50. I have mine set to 4...so only 4 computers can use it. Not including if the Ethernet ports are used though......4 WIRELESS. I can still use the 4 ports on the back as well if I want along with the 4 wireless.

You need a router to connect more than one computer. A modem will only allow one conection at a time.
