My internet won't load programs stop respodining and firewall wont work....

My internet won't load programs stop respodining and firewall wont work....

...but it isnt a virus? hey if im on my computer for more than 30-60 mins it sudenly won't load websites and stays on loading forever then somthing will stop responding (could be anything) il try and close it but i cant and i have to manually turn of my computer allways hapens and is getting anoying. also my firewall turns of everytime i turn on my computer how can i get it to stay on? i think there related i ran a virus scanner and nothing came up i ran 2 difrent ones to be sure that the other one wasn't a virus!
im kinda thinking that My spyware doctors a virus its of Cnet as i cant downlload the offical version
