Where can i find temporary internet files in windows Vista just like windows XP?

Where can i find temporary internet files in windows Vista just like windows XP?

When i browse the internet and play flv files, mp3 music files or others on certain pages, i can find it easily in temporary internet files while using the windows xp os.

but could not find the files when using windows vista?
when i play any files, it will sometimes stay inside the temporary internet folder.

so i could find the files easily when using wondows xp.

but i could not find it when using windows vista.

i don want to delete the files instead of i want to obtain it after play it.
