There are a few possibilities:
1. He thinks your voice is sexy
2. He thinks your attitude is sexy
3. He's a creep on the internet who's complementing you to get in your pants, get money or other goods out of you, or he's one of those guys who tells a girl how great she is, reels her in with complements, and then controls her life.
