How can you come up with a table of results if you have this kind of invest?

Our invest is about the effects of additional testosterone upon the development of chicken embryos, and because of the lack of time, our incubation process can only last until the 10th day not 21 days because our defense was advanced. Our teacher considered our results to be up to the 10th day only but the problem is how can we make a table of our results? We have 2 treatments, one where testosterone is added and the other none. It's for the results and discussion chapter. Please help me, I'm so helpless and pathetic right now. and i would really be thankful for your help.

Ok young lady, the problem is, I would actually have to see the data (results) to show you exactly how to set the data up.
However, what you are trying to show is the effect of the testosterone on the embryo (the treated test group) in comparison to the null test or the placebo test, which is the test group without the testosterone added.

I do not know how you have measured the testosterone level in the embryo or by what measurements (size, color, or whatever it is) you have measured any difference. Let's just make something up, ok? Let's say you have created an arbitrary scale from 0 (no change) to 10 (a huge change) when observing the color of the embryo over the test period (days). Once per day, you will look at the color of a sample of embryo from both the treated and the untreated samples.
You will then rate on a scale of 1 to 10 the difference in color.
Remember, I am just making this up as an example. Now, let's say, after 10 days, you have the following results:

Day____Treated Group---------Untreated Group

1__________ 0_______________0
2__________ 0_______________1
3___________3_______________1
4___________3_______________0
5___________4_______________0
6___________5_______________1
7___________4_______________2
8___________7_______________2
9___________8_______________1
10__________8_______________2

Now, if you look at this data, you can see a consistent increase in the number you have assigned indicating that the color changed rapidly in the treated group as compared to the number in the untreated group. It is fairly obvious from the data, that the treated group showed a big increase in color while the untreated group only showed a moderate to negligible increase...meaning, that...when the embryo is treated with testosterone, it's color changes and when it is untreated, there is very little if any change. The net result or conclusion of the experiment is that color changes occur when testosterone is added to embyos.

Now, you might want to graph the results out on an X,Y axis.
The treated and untreated groups will each have their own
line on the graph. On the x axis you will name it the DAY number and on the Y axis will be your arbitrary number for color assigned.

You can also get a scientific calculator and get the AVERAGE and STANDARD DEVIATION statistic. You might not understand what standard deviation means, but you could get the average really easily. The standard deviation is the measurement of the spread of numbers around the average. These two number are used in statistical tests to determine the validity of the experiment and to validate if a real change took place or not.

Now, what you need to do is to take my example, and think about WHAT you measured, then put it into a comparison TABLE like I did, use a calculator and get some basic averages, write your paper to support your observations or opinions and tell the teacher if the test showed, based on the numbers you have, whether a change occured or not.

This is what you can do.
