Here are the different types of traders:

Scalpers/day traders: trading in and out of one or more stocks in the same day.

Swing - owning a stock or option for a few days to a few weeks.

Intermediate - owning a stock or an option for a few weeks to a couple months.

Position or long-term - a/k/a "Investors": owning a stock or option for a couple months or longer.

You HAVE to specify the type of trader you want to answer your Qs.
