I have invested in land in Port Charlotte, Florida and the value?

since I have purchased them have dropped. My question is: Do you think that the value will one day, maybe soon. increase since the Tampa Bay Devil Rays now do their spring training in Port Charlotte? Maybe somehow the area will get some sort of recognition?

it will be many, many years before prices go back to the absurd levels and even then incomes with have to come up to match. The days of wacky financing what drove everything up are done and over with.
