bush's economic booster package. investing question?

with 100mil americans receiving 600 bucks apiece. do you think it might be a good call to invest maybe in blu ray laser eye company or hd tv chip companys. since most of the americans receiving the money are on the lower end of the pay scale, i figured they might go out and blow their money on that hd tv or new blu ray player they have always wanted. what companies do you think will benefit. or am i misunderstanding the market
