What language are these characters: "???, ??-?????? ????????..."?

If there is a translator for this language, please link it through an answer. Thank you in advance.
In full it says:
"???, ??-?????? ????????, ??? ?? ?? ??????? ?? ????? ?????? ??? ???????!". I have an online Russian friend who I can't really speak to.
