There are 2-3 Japanese words for each word you are asking about. Notice that these words are not interchangeable in formal Japanese.
Aunt = obasan, oba, shukubo
Uncle = ojisan, oji, shukufu
Father = otousan, chichi
Best friend = yuujin
Cousin = itoko

Notice:
The choice of the words depends on whether you are referring to your own relative or someone else's relative. For example otousan should not be used to refer to your own father. Nevertheless, some natives still use it to refer to their own fathers in informal situations.
