This is a total guess--English is a Germanic language, so I am GUESSING that German is the first.

After the Norman Conquest of England in the 11th century, French became the second language in England, and it was the language used at court in English for several hundred years. So I'm GUESSING it would be French as the second largest influence.

Don't know how many--many you can get partial credit, without the word counts?
