so i wnat to drop spanish next year......HELP SCHEDULING IS NEXT WEEK?

so i hate and suck at spainsh and want to drop it.......heres the catch i only got one year under my belt and most colleges wat you 2 have 2 years if i drop it and replace it with maybe home ec (cookings something i would want to get into maybe) would this matter?? IF IT MATTERS IM A FRESHMAN
