Which language is easier to learn? ASL or Spanish?

I'm trying to complete my foreign language requirement for my B.A., but I'm struggling! Foreign language has always been difficult for me (French in high school and now Spanish in college) even though I maintain an A average in all my other classes. I was just wondering whether you all think American Sign Language is any easier to learn than Spanish?

Learn spanish and it will get you more opportunaties. I used to work at a studio and for a while i was the only spanish speeking person and it was very helpful

American Sign Language is among the easiest languages in the world to learn because they have much smaller amount of words than either English or Spanish. For example, my touching your two fingers to your palm, you can either say the word "Time." or ask "What time is it?" The majority of your meaning is implied by body language.
