| What are the flags hung from a string across small roads in Asia called?
What are the flags hung from a string across small roads in Asia called? I believe they have Hindi or another language with a similar alphabet on them with some pictures. They are primary colors mostly. I would just like to know what they are called and what they say/their purpose is.
