| learning a second language?
i'm in a grad school program for teaching esl and i have to answer the following question: Ponder this statement made by a teacher: "I tried to learn spanish in college, but it's just too difficult. I don't know how anyone learns to speak a second language." Discuss the ramifications for students and teachers if this type of statement is acceptable. Discuss the ramifications for students and teachers if this type of statement is unacceptable. I don't really understand what I am being asked to do. How would you answer this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.      |
