Huge Dead Blackbird found on my front porch. Does it mean anything?

I live by myself and people across the street are very disruptive to the neighbors with partying half the night and underage drinking and drugs. I have lived in my house 26 years, nothing has ever happened until the past few weeks, I have had my mailbox backed into and the post cut in half, nobody fessed up, some of the young people that live there are gone, they rent, some are still there, the foul language that we hear from them, plus there is a small baby there, the police have been called several times, but nothing really done, they think I'm the one which I am not, I'm afraid to even go out in the front yard or leave my home. Things have started happening around my home. I have been keeping notes and writing down ever car that goes over, have seen a few drug deals go down, but by the time the police get there everybody leaves. I don't know what to do next, I'm just curious to know if the dead blackbird means anything, I was told it could mean DEATH. Any answers out there??
