GCSE experts please?

I've just moved to the UK and Im suffurig big time to get myself into an academy instead of a normal school, suppose i get to an academy or a grammer school, how hard is it than a normal school? and what are the languages i should learn and upto what level?and most important: where can i find (online) some GCSE exams examples?thanks alot and i promise to choose best answer

I go to a normal school so i'm not sure of the difference. You don't have to learn any languages at GCSE if you would not like to unless your school requires it. I chose to do French and it was really hard - don't take a language unless you are willing to put alot of effort into it.To find GCSE exam papers go on to google and type in either aqa, edexcel, wjec or ocr. Then click on past papers for the desired subject. Those examples I gave you are the different exam boards (though I'm not sure which one your school will choose). Hope that helps.

You gotta be pretty smart for academy or grammar school like A/B average i think. Just go to a normal school, they're not that bad. The exam boards for high school in England are AQA and Edexcel. You gotta talk to the school about what subjects they do because some schools don't do certain lessons. But check AQA's site for gcse lessons they do, they do a lot though so don't worry.

You havent given enough information?what do you mean by academy? what do you mean by a normal school? Do you mean a governmate free state school?How old are you? 15 i presume? You want to come and do your GCSE'S here, so you are 15 or younger??? You need to be fluent in Englist to start with, maybe a TFL english score. Think it called that. Something like that anyway, usually a score of 6 or 7.Private/grammar schools arent harder, ( i went to a free state and a private fee paying 3k a month school) they follow the same GCSE schedule. So the work isnt harder. The only difference is the classes are smaller so you learn more, you get more individual help, they push and motivate you more and there's a lot more disapline.go on google and type.
