Kelly P has a spectacular aura about
Plain Language VS. Intellectual Analysis?

I came across a post in which a person says:

Save the planet from intellectuals. Though they are needed, they never should be the voice of reason. They are only the profound voice of the mensa set. Respected Buckley, But wouldn't trust him with my back.
Plain truth. Plain language makes it easy for folks to understand.. and know exactly where one stands.

My question is how come plain language is somehow more truthful sounding and why would I just want to know where someone else feels I stand. Shouldn't I be the one taking in all info and then deciding what I feel about it? This actually was kinda bothersome to me. I have found that putting quippy phrases together is the EASIEST way to mislead people or bend a conversation.

Please, any comments from anyone!!
