Can someone help me about this foreign language movie?

I am looking for the name of this foreigm language movie i watched on some TV Channel, but i couldn't note down the name ..

It's about two Argentinian guys, one is a doctor and suffers from asthma , and other is Mechanic (not sure).. They have a motorbike and they both plan to visit South America on.. They go to different cities.. They're run out of money and food.. They also help in some hospital

Sorry if i failed to explain but its something like that.. So can someone name it for me please?

yeah it's the motorcycle diaries! very good movie. i love gael garcia bernal.
