Iphone bought in US or UK, Language+T-Mobile question?

I live in germany, but i don't speak german. I'd like to buy an iphone, but i'm not sure if it will have english language if i will buy it here, where i live. My question is:
1)If i'll buy iphone here in germany, is it possible to have english language on it
2)If i'll order iphone from states or UK, can i use it with T-Mobile here, as T-Mobile is distributing iphone in germany without need in jailbraeking it and other illegal operations?
