Languages English is not the only language. It is a big world where other languages are only spoken.

How do I change the language of a document (like Microsoft Word) into Spanish?

I want to change the language of a text document into spanish, so it can find spelling errors. I don't want to translate it. Also, I have Open Office, not Microsoft Word...so if you could tell me if you know how to change the language on either that would be great...
