| what's the difference between our housing bubble and the Japanese housing...
...bubble of the 90s? I have seen how Japan is still feeling the pain from the bubble that burst in the 90s, and I am wondering how it will be any different for us. Can anybody make an argument why our real estate market will recover faster than the Japanese markets could?
