| What's the best programming language to make databases with lite animation and...
...transparency? VB 6? I'm new to programming and have been making databases in Microsoft Access in Visual Basic. I'm looking to take my GUI to the extreme with animated transparent forms, but don't know what language or software combinations will get me there. Please help!
