Confused... has a spectacular aura about
Japanese 101?

Can someone help me translate this phrase?

Onnanohito wa denwa o tsukatte mo inaishi, yubisashite mo imasen.

I know this much:

Onnanohito = woman
denwa = telephone
yubi = finger
yubisashite = point with finger
mo = and/ with
imasen = opposite of being or having

i don't know what tsukatte or inaishi means so if someone could point me to the right direction and make sense of the sentence and words for me, I'd appreciate it.
