sunfire has a spectacular aura about
why are books in languages other than english are so boring?

Hi... I'm Filipino which means my native languages is Tagalog. I am a bookworm and I read a book everyday ranging from 20-50 pages per day. I seem to have noticed that all the books I've read are in English.

I'm fluent in Tagalog, Spanish, and Italian but when I tried reading books in those languages... they were so BORING! I feel a lot more comfortable when I read in English.
