'Comment s'appel tu?' or 'Comment allez vous?' - I am trying to say 'How are you'

I am good = Je suis bonne.

Comment est l'ecole? = How is school

Est-ce tu a les petite amie deja? = Do you have girlfriends yet?

L'ete passe etait tres, tres amuse. = Last summer was really, really fun

J'aimai le temps con j'ai visite. = I loved the weather when I was visiting

Se rappes Mary Beth, la poupee Colin achete? = Do you remember Mary Beth, the doll Colin bought?

Lauren l' àima elle, jusqu a ce que elle a change sa nom! - Lauren loved her, until she changed her name.

Aussi con nous campames au ton grandpere grimpante mais nous allons se gliser furtive et allez au la magasin! = Also when we camped in your grandfathers trailer and we sneak out and went to the store.

Sa c'est une grand vacance! = it was a great vacation

Je espere ce l'ete est plus grand! = I hope this summer is even better!
Ma famille et moi nous allons le mariage de Michelle et David on Juillet! = My family and I are going to Michelle and David`s wedding in July.
If you can you could re-write the ones that are wrong, or you could just tell me and I could find a way to get them right!
