Dogs japanese akita?

we have just got a dog and it is a japanese akita it is hardcore stinking up the hall and porch where it is. its had a bath to day as well
Its not allowed in the kitchen dining room or living room and my friend finds that weird yuk think of the germs
and also will this dog be scary when it grows up cos i have heard and it is only 8 months atm

why are you assuming its not trained? why would my dad buy an untrained dog we have little children in the house hold

i only asked because my friend was saying "they get really big and scary" its a nice dog

he cant go in the kitchen and dining room because its unhygenic according to my mum
and yeah i suppose it goes in the living room but there is always some one in the hall to play with him so hes never on his own apart from when hes asleep
