-A good, traditional hispanic (popular) dish is paella, it is a mixture of yellow rice, seafood (scallop, shrimp), meat (chicken, beef), and vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green peppers, red peppers)
-guacamole dip is another dish: avocado, cilantro, red peper, garlic
-coconut macaroons: spanish dessert, like cookies made of coconut flakes
3 cups shredded coconut
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
-welcome in spanish is Bienvenidos!
-I know this is a real spanish restaurant: La gota frita

I would also suggest flan. It is a gelatin-like dessert that you cover with vanilla. Although it probably takes a bit of time to set, it is a fairly simple dish and you should be able to find a recipe online.

Drinks, I would suggest aqua fresca, which is really popular. If you live somewhere where they have Hispanic grocery stores, these flavor packets can be found all over. They usually come in fruit flavors and you just add water. If you want to be super authentic you can mix in fruit as well.

When you're at the tienda, check out the names of some of the flavor packets, and you might find a few words you like to use for the title.

Hope this helps.

Horchata is yummy! It's a milk based drink with Cinnamon and sugar. Flan is a great dessert that is custard with a caramel topping. You can google recipes.

As for a restaurant name: you cant go wrong with a hispanic name like "Maria's" or "Juan Carlos' Burros". Sorry, I am bad with names!
