Who's genetically closer to the brits Russians or the French?

French.
#1 geographically closer
#2 English is considered a Germanic based language but it has huge influence from French (a Latin language) from the Norman invasion.
#3 Russian is predominately a Slavic language with fewer similarities.
# 4 Unlike the French, the Russians were constantly over run by people from further east .English and French historical ethnologies are a closer mix of Celtic, Germanic and Latin peoples

French most likely, the russians are a slavik race which is extreme eastern European.
