French translating help?

Please help, i will be emailing a french person and would like to get my french right. And please, dont use translators, it just sounds really literal, im looking for someone who really knows their french.

could you translate:

Hi ________!
Don't worry, I can understand your english perfectly! I'm so excited to be staying with you next month also, it seems great.
What did you see on your trip? It must have been very fun!

Again, I'm really excited for our trip to France, and I hope you will be able to understand me when I'm there! You'll have to teach me about French life!
