French help! Pleeeeease!?

I need to write an essay on both 'Am I Fit And Healthy?'
and also 'Account of a Holiday'

I've done both, but to me, they seem to lack something; I feel as though they could do with some more advanced phrases.

Please could you give me some phrases and their translations for these topics?
I'm desperate! Haha x
