Are there any undergrad programs to study the English language to teach?

Here's the catch, I want to teach English at the Secondary level in foreign countries, so I don't want to take an English major that is focused on literature. What I want is a program to study English like someone (in the USA) who is studying French, or Spanish. And ESL is only a minor in all the colleges I've been looking at.

Do you know of any programs or have any recommendations?
