| Why would you say 'je ne parle pas francais' to communicate that you dont speak...
...French?? If you just say 'I dont bloody speak French' then either a) They understand English in which case they are going to understand that you dont speak French or b) Have no idea what you are talking about therefore drawing the obvious conclusion that you dont speak French!
