Can you read or interpret this body language please?
When a guy is standing up but his head is completely down. His friend who is with him is standing in a different direction completely behind him. But he just keeps that position and does not attempt to turn in her direction. Even when she whispers something to him and assumes the position opposite him he doesn't move and doesn't speak.

In addition it should be noted that the girl with him is looking at another person smiling and laughing.

I think the whole body language idea is not what it seems,
sometimes people either act, sit or move there body in a certain way, that doesn't mean that they are trying to send you a message.

Best thing to do is to talk to him directly,
if he didn't hear you, speak a little louder.

This is rude coming from anyone that is being addressed. Either he is trying to ignore the person or he is deaf and blind.
