My French class took a test today. It was huge, a UNIT test. Almost everyone studied and stuff.
There's this kid I sit with at lunch, Alan, only because he and my crush are BFFL's.

He's in my class, and he said he saw someone cheating by putting our unit studyguide on his or her lap. He wouldn't tell me who.
At lunch this kid named Peter, who's also in my class, came up to us and asked us who wrote the note to the teacher, saying that he cheated on the test. I glared at Alan, but he acted clueless. Peter and I are OK friends so he knows I wouldn't do it.
Just now he IM'd me and asked me who wrote the note. I had to tell him, because he DIDN'T cheat! His papers were on his binder on the floor, and IDK if they're even French papers. Because Alan told the teacher, Peter had to re-do the test, and may get in BIG trouble! Peter's not great at school, but he's honest. Alan, on the other hand, has a history of stretching the truth. What should I tell Alan and the teacher? Help me!
PM, Alan told me that he left the note. Sorry I didn't make that clear, but he claimed he had to because it wasn't right.
