Need some assistant in basic spanish?

I'm confused on when to use cuantos and cuantas. What form would I use. Like do I use cuantos when I'm talking about masculine things.

Yes, you're right. And remember S means it's plural.
Cuántos is for masculine nouns
Example
¿Cuántos libros tienes?
Cuántas is feminine
Example
¿Cuántas amigas tienes?

....
