If i wanted to be a foreign language college proffessor in France and i

live in America,? What do i have to do?
I would like to move to Paris, France and become a foreign language proffessor there. But people have been saying i need to go to a University there first and get an English PHD. What if i already speak fluent English and French? Ahhh, so confusing! What do i do? Do i ahve to start out as an intern or student teacher? or what? info! info! info! please!
