Why do people say that the Japanese are very English(Rock Paper Scizzors)?

Is this more Propaganda? This was in the Times, they said because they are both Island nations with difficult relations with their neighbors. That the only difference is the space between their fingers, maybe its the space between their brain and their head? The Japanese are intelligent, they can speak their own language properly! They drink responsibly, its not a nanny state, no Yobs or Chavs, the Police are polite and not scary, they are properly Polite, theres hardly any crime I cant believe they say English are polite, in Japan the customer is God, in England the Shopkeeper is God. I exp. no racism there, compared to in my own country where I am a foreigner and my Japanese wife and kids are the P word(even tho sons born in England). The Social Security is for Japanese, not just for anybody like in England. Theyre hardworking and honest(every job I had in England was dishonest and if you work hard you get bullied and resented. The best thing abt Japan is there arent many English!
It is actually cheaper to live there than England as well!
I do like some things about England, not all people are dishonest racist bullies, but the Japanese are definitely not English and the English are definitely not Japanese! The only thing in common is they live on Island and like to drink alcohol.
