can anyone help me deal with this really rude spanish teacher?

she is my spanish teacher. she used to pick on me in the beginning of the year because she thought i was cute and crazy even though i am timid. i'm a freshman in highschool. i did bad on her tests because i'm no good in spanish. now, she's so rude to me. she embarrases me whenever she gets the chance in front of the whole class. i feel so stupid in that class. i tried talking w/ her but it's hard. i can't transfer out b/c the counselor said it was too late. she gave me a 70 for spanish on the grades that go on my college transcript for 1/2 of the freshman year. i feel like bursting. my other friends got rly easy-going spanish teachers.
