Whats the best Spanish Immersion program in Mexico? I'm considering Puerto...

...Vallarta, but welcome suggestions. I'll be traveling in Mexico for the first time as a young single woman, so safety is of great importance to me. Any information you can share regarding your experience with staying with a host family versus a hotel would be greatly appreciated too. I've seen photos on family accomodations and think I might prefer to reside in a dormitory, or to travel to class from a hotel. I know this will take away from the "immersion" though. Please post your suggestions on the best programs throughout Mexico for female first-timers like myself. I'm mostly interested in affordable programs 2-4 weeks long.
