I was born and grew up in Japan for 25 years. Sorry, but it doesn't make any sence. Doesn't mean anything. You might have heard it wrong.

Japanese has no transitional words like "to" or "because". To compensate most of these are used, although in most cases they are not needed and are used to make a sentence more polite (i.e. polite form).
(Examples first)

Wa - Anata wa dare? (Who are you?)
- This is used when primarily when asking a question or when saying "i am" (Watashi wa).

Ga - Kore ga watashi no dessu. (This is mine.)
- Mostly used for "this is" or "that is" when you are talking about an object.

O (I assume you mean Wo (As its mostly translated))
- Kore wo tsukatte iidesu (You can use this.)
- Can be used instead of "ga". Esp. when you are not talking about a specific object (E.g. "that")

Ni - Ishou ni ikimashou. (Lets go together)
- Mostly when doing the word before it (verb or noun) with the verb after it. Like when you say to give something to someone. (Kore oh niisan ni agete (Give this to brother)

De - Soko de ii (Over there is ok).
- Whe talking about a place

Ka - Iidesu ka? (Is it ok?)
- For the end of questions (formal).

To - Atashi to kaimono ni ikanai? (Wont you go shopping with me?)
- Means "with"
