Japanese Translations??

I have been on Google Translator for a while trying to get it to tell me how to write "The Destined". But it doesen''t work most of the time. Translating "Destined" gives me ?? but when I go back to English it tells me this is simply "Destiny" (or Fate).
I then tried: (wgm = Which gave me)
"The Destined" wgm ??? but when translated back : "Fate"
Then I tried "The Destined."(w/ period) wgm ???????????but when translated back to English it said it meant "The Doomed."
Basically I need someone who is Fluent to help me.
And I would perfer to have the kanji and romanized versions (so I can pronounce it).
