| www = lol. It's short for warau (to laugh) But, really, the Japanese language doesn't allow too much room for chatspeak that is like English chatspeak. They will shorten things (ohayou = oha) but that just makes it slang, not chatspeak, because you can hear that in everyday life too. Emoticons are more of what the Japanese use. orz or OTL for example, is a bowing person.      |
