| Exact legal process to obtain/carry sword + limitations on carrying it?
How does one (who is hopefully of age and a legal citizen) in the state of California go about obtaining a sword legally? I know a little about the process, but I'm looking for someone to really lay it out step by step. Also, what limitations are there on carrying the sword? Are there specific limitations imposed by cities in the Los Angeles area that would cause further problems?
