military divorce/legal seperation?

I am stationed in south korea, and got married to a Philippine citizen. I want to get a divorce but my wife will only sign the papers if I agree to an outrageous ammount for child support. In order to get legally seperated so I only have to pay what is required by the military does my spouse have to agree to it?
