Labor Laws Broke? Or Any? (Michigan)?

I have been working for my current job since early Jan. this year and have done a great job. It is a sales position and many times i outsell anyone working with me.

I have been flexible on hours and very generous when being called on my days off. The first sign of my not being able to do one of the days i get told the manager is mad at me because he was forced to work that day.

Mind you i did ask for extra hours months ago and have been doing everything i can to get them but my wife needed some medical treatment this day.

Now a few days later (the second time since i started) our paychecks did not arrive. We are told it will be the next day before we get them. Everyone is unhappy and i am worried as i had bills automatically coming out of my bank that were going to cause me an overdraft without my check.

Not enough room here please check my post here for the full story.

I used to sell insurance. The sales jobs are the same in every state. Try to get a better job. Do not hold your breath waiting for the pay check as they are always late. Start looking for a better job. The sales jobs use you, all your extra time, and they never appreciate any extra time you give them. Start looking now!
