I have to give legal advice to these case's and then give reasons for the answer

1. I was arrested for dropping a large rock from the bridge above a freeway. the police took me to the police station and, without charging me with any offence, kept me there for four hours. Can I complain about that?

2. The police arrested me even though I hadn't done anything wrong, When they tryed to arrest me I lay down on the ground and would not cooperate with them because I knew I didn't do anything wrong.
The police have now charged me with resisting arrest and I have to go to court. Is this a legitimate charge?

3. I was arrested for assault. When the police questioned me they told me that if I answered some particular questions truthfully they would not use the infomation I gave them in court. When my case went to trial, the police did use that infomation as evidence in court, Can I appeal my conviction of this?
