| what are my legal rights when my neighbor will not keep their cows on their...
...own property? The cows come every day to graze on the cover crop of our tobacco field. They were in my garden last year and our barn. We put up afence on the property line 30 years ago. It needs to be replaced, but we don't have any animals . I feel like they should take responsibility, they apparently do not. We willbe planting soon and I've asked nice to no avail, they are here like clockwork every morning, I don't want problems with my neighbors. I've lived here a lot longer than any of them. What should I do?      |
